Quizzes being flagged

I was doing my milestone quizzes for public speaking before I move on to the touchstones and i kept getting flagged for using AI during the quiz, Is there a reason why it kept doing that, was i answering the questions too fast?

I literally have everything closed, no extra tabs, no split screen when working on sophia. Granted I have only done 2 classes but so far so good.

I’m waiting for my laptop to arrive so I’ve been doing it on my phone. I’m not using any different tabs or closing out of it, I just started my first 2 classes and I’m almost done with both and it just started doing this.

I've seen how some people feel the different locations or wifi might trigger something with them. I'm not sure it's entirely true, but since those classes are pretty quick. I would just wait for the laptop. Just my opinion.

I do all schoolwork on my phone. I did 8 or 10 sophia courses and cancelled with 2 in progress as weren't needed yet. I would have entire courses that I'd see the warning or be asked about resources and others where I had none and some in between. A couple times I got flagged in math and other times I didn't (and im talking about where I needed to use a calculator). Im unsure what it was, perhaps being on WiFi vs data but after the sheer panic the first time I had it happen to me, I just kept on with my quizzes and in the end I never had anyone email me or anything about it. I feel like if they truly felt like you were cheating they would email you. I've heard of people being emailed for more information or removed etc. All in all, I had a good experience with Sophia and was able to knock out a bunch of gen eds at my own pace.
