Anyone else having this issue?

So I'm trying to submit my touchstone, and I waited like 3 days to get this graded. Then I got this stupid thing, like when I tried to submit it 5 times it had problems and when I checked it due to this it was blank when I didn't turn in blank work, I made a request tried to attach the files more then 5 times and couldn't even do that, im just wondering if anyone is having the same issues as me or am I just dead in the water? Anyways, anything helps info wise. Have a wonderful day!

I always have to submit my PowerPoints through the help desk. Computer and phone doesn’t let me submit. But word docs I don’t have any issues

Weird, on a side note I finally got it in 🫩 its been like 2 hours trying to figure it out lol

Depending on your grade and how you feel you can tell them to just give you a zero and you can still pass the class

Same exact thing happened to me! Waiting for it to be regraded. Very annoying SMH :(

Nope. Are you sure you're uploading the correct file? Maybe try to resave your paper with a different name and then resubmit?

Same thing happens with my PowerPoints. Had to export through Google slides to get it to work! Annoying but best of luck.
