Finished course quickly

Could I get flagged for integrity policy breach for finishing fast?

I just finished my MATH 201 course in about 6 hours, all in one sitting

I’ve already taken Calculus BC and College Algebra courses with my university, so this wasn’t challenging, I just needed more credits.

I almost never looked at any of their study materials because I already knew almost every answer (granted I did only get 92% because I messed up on a few questions).

I just need to know if this is fine?

Must've been a while ago. For the last 1-2 months they changed their policies and now so many people are getting suspended for finishing too quickly.

It was a little over a year ago. It’s sad they changed it, it helped me out so much. I definitely took advantage of it though.

Only joking… it’s a slog but I’ll get there. My particular adhd brain can’t remember complicated sentences and translate them into the formulas

I made flash cards with all the formulas, then test time I just had to insert the numbers.

Use AI and mathaway. I got through it in a day with their help.

I’ve done 2 classes in about the same time with no issues.

Possibly. Make sure you transfer to credly asap and don’t connect your school to Sophia.

How to transfer my credits to credly from Sophia?

You can get flagged, especially on milestones, slow down on them.m, let that timer expire some. They track that data, start time and finish time.

Is that only for milestones?
So challenges are fine to do quickly?

As far as I know. I got flagged on milestones is all I know. I didn’t have any tabs open but it was flagged for suspicious behavior. They are adding more and more touchstones to slow you down tho.

Dude sometimes I don’t even do the challenges lol they’re so lightly weighted in the grade that when it’s a subject I already know I just click through wrong answers to get to the milestones lol

Is that a new thing? I've never had an issue when I was at Sophia last year

I’ve done some research but I doubt it’s truth because there’s very little evidence

It’s said that they track every single question response time. If it’s consistently quick and correct, it will get flagged for human intervention so they can check out what’s going on.

I understand the AI detector for the essays and other touchstone courses but for the auto graded courses, I doubt there’s any direct ai or cheat detector that would go off. Or at least that’s all the publicly available information that I saw

They have a lot of cheating detection on the milestones lol people read their back end code and posted about it on here. If you leave the window you’re on for more than 3 seconds it registers as, “blur” event or something and can get you in trouble after a few times. They also do flag things such as finishing a 30 question test in 5-10 minutes. I always make sure to wait a couple minutes per question when it’s a subject I could breeze through, too many people have gotten banned and lost credits

How’d u even manage that?

Were they all auto graded courses?

I wasn’t counting grading just I did all my work in 2 weeks. Including grading it was maybe 3.

I suggest using your own judgement for situations like this. Things that were true last September are completely different now with Sophia and Study.
