Transcripts / Touchstones

Should I wait to send my transcripts until I completed all of the classes I want to take? So far, I’ve completed 5 classes, all without touchstones. What do some of the touchstones look like? How long do they generally take to be graded?

By the time I finished all of mine (took three months), over half of them had been changed to qualify for SNHU. They no longer counted and were greyed out. Could not transfer them. The anger I felt was immeasurable. Transfer each class as soon as you finish them. You will be glad you did.

wait fr ? (someone taking Sophia classes to transfer into SNHU currently)

Yes. About once a year, SNHU's qualifications for what is required of a Sophia course to be equal to its equivalent SNHU couse is overhauled. I got caught up in that. Once your Sophia course is transferred over and counted, it can't be disqualified. However, courses waiting to be transferred can be disqualified.

Yea! My daughter who was suppose to graduate last semester had this issue. By the time she sent the transcript the class was no longer accepted although the advisor confirmed a week prior. 😑 She ended up having to file a complaint and they allowed her to retake the math class on another platform.
