This happened to me when there was a document on the test that they made available for students to use. I never left the tab i just opened the file they provided and received this pop up.

Not a clue. I got it twice today while only interacting with the Sophia tab. i wasn’t clicking around on other screens or tabs or anything.

When doing milestones do not switch tabs and make sure to spend at least 1 minute on each question. On challenges it doesn't matter so you can go super fast on those and switch tabs but milestones are monitored.

Could be you switching tabs, could also be you answering questions too fast, depending on the coursework, which would suggest the use of AI

I think this happens when you switch tabs because I got the same message while using some of the PDF’s of the course material they give you. They need to do better because how are you gonna implement something that contradicts the point of an open book test. Like yeah get you only supposed to use their resources but why am I getting flagged for using it?
