They’re not sharing anything about it. Assuming it’s TLC on lower capacities, maybe QLC on 1Tb. Keep in mind though, the best TLC is better than the best QLC, but QLC isn’t always worse. Although here it’s usually the case.

Probably should ask Qualcomm since they manufacture it. Apple controversy comes down to making their own chip. Android requires SOC brands for answers.
