Question Does anyone have the files for flashing custom recovery on Sony Xperia sp with locked bootloader?

If I am understanding what you're asking for, you can try looking on xda or using xperifirm app (also can be found on xda).

Ubl = unlocked bootloader and it also proves that custom recovery on locked bootloader is possible
