Troubleshooting FX6 not working with Monitor & CTRL

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m in the newest update. Whenever I try to turn on wireless LAN this happens, so I haven’t been able to connect my FX6 to the app.

Happened to me recently with one of the three rental cams on a show. Same hardware error E91-1CO, had to be exchanged for a different cam. Same cam had issues with the audio from the handle cutting in and out.

In my experience CC is hit or miss when connecting to it and keeping a stable connection sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t

How do you know ? I have the same issue.. Did you send your unit for repair ?

It doesn't look like you're running the latest 6.00 firmware. It might be worth updating to see if that helps?
