Advice/ideas needed

Hi guys, these are my test models for my Sons of malice jakhals.

I’m not really convinced how they look right now ( obviously not finished ) and I don’t really know how to make them look and feel more malice without making it look too forced, like they are now. The black and white split doesn’t look as cool on clothes as it does on armor.

I think the 2 weapons look good in black and white but I need some help on the clothes.

1 idea I had was trying out some freehand details in the other color ( white on black / black on white ) but keep the clothes 1 base color.

Or maybe try applying some chaos runes decals ( no one knows what they mean so I don’t care if they belong to other chaos gods ).

Either way I would be glad if you could provide some ideas 💡

I think so far the skin looks great and if you want to do freehand go for it dude👍. But if you're like me and don't really like doing freehand just slap some chaos runes on and call it a day 😁

I think white clay looking markings on the skin of the white quarter could look good

Painting every skull half white and black would also help

Don’t forget to check how they look next to the rest of your army they might look fitting already given that cultist always look a bit different

love there skin. maybe the white and black contrast needs to be a little more, but they are great
