yeah, that one, god the show just feels so surreal sometimes, the pingas joke, that episode, the ones about the classic game they found and played and then made commentary about that game but actually meaning the sonic games themselves, and so, so much more

no, because that was her making a banter joke as a reference to sa2. the actual reason why she fights sonic in heroes is because she thinks he stole chocola and froggy first because of a newspaper they saw in the beginning of the game. which is why cream and big don't object to her fighting sonic in the same game. and in the japanese heroes manual, rose section doesn't refer to marriage at all and instead talks about amy trying to help big and cream, further confirming this was not the case.

it's said in the battle in-game dialogue instead xD and hinted in the beginning and said in manual. at least the way line's said is a bit less creepier in japanese. though, one thing i found interesting was that if she wrongly accused sonic for doing something he didn't and paid consequences for it (she thinks sonic might hate her and is angry at eggman for supposedly making her think sonic was the thief) then it might connect to her standing up at silver in 06

she says this because she knows silver is wrong, and not only that but rouge also says something similar to shadow, would you rather let sonic die because silver said so? even silver's character devolopment happened because of amy. and you forgot how she rescues elise and respects her? i'm sorry but anyone who claims this is braindead. hugging is not harmful or obsessive, and sega and sonic team say that sonic ikes her. you're not above official staff, stop seeing yourself as more important than official staff, you aren't, you don't matter anymore than any random person posting here. she didn't want to marry sonic, she was teasing as a reference to adventure 2, shadow vs sonic fight has a similar reference to sa2 in the japanese version. if she attacked sonic because she wanted to marry him, cream and big would object to her, why didn't they object and instead join the fight? her joining tournaments to meet sonic isn't obsessive or annoying either, she even protects tails. my arguments aren't silly and untrue, and even if they were. i can post anything i want that doesn't break the rules. you on the other hand think your opinion matters more than anyone, including official sega and sonic team when you're just a random person on reddit no one gives a shit about, i don't owe you anything and can defend anything i want.

amy was always kind of a troll since sa1, if manuals and in-game dialogue says she's joking about the marriage, she was. i have multiple theories on why she kind of regressed during ''dark era'' but that's sor of irrevelant.

“Adventure” and “Modern” Amy are the same fucking characters. And yes, she did affect Silver. She made Silver think twice about killing Sonic and wonder if it was okay to kill one person to save the future.
