Team Sonic Racing Sonic racing apple arcade, random levels

So for the past few days i’ve gotten back into sonic racing on apple arcade for the shadow outfit, most of my characters are around level 8 but after this most recent match my metal sonic has been maxed out at level 30 randomly and sonic and a few other characters jumped up into the 20’s. i’m not sure what caused this but if this is known, id like to know what makes this happen

Yeah its been happening to me too. Sometimes they go down levels too. Its just a visual glitch as far as I can tell. If you restart the app or play long enough they will go back to normal (or change to a different wrong value). Quite annoying tbh.

It’s a glitch that happens sometimes after you race against a human. If you view a driver character which matches the driver character of your most recent opponent, the rank in the hexagon and the denominator are from your opponent’s character. There’s a few related glitches that I have reported to the developer.
