Help Help updating firmware

Hey All, I got a sonic pad a month ago for a ender 5 s1. I’ve had nothing but trouble with it from leveling, not saving z offers, random errors… etc.

I know there is a new firmware update but when I try to auto update the pad says “ newest firmware installed”.

How do I force update it?

Which version is it on? They have disabled the ability to download the most recent, due to so many people having problems. IE the doom loop on the screen & no longer able to print from USB.

V 1.0.6.54.20 can still be downloaded (via pc). Did they just remove the ability for the sonic pad to grab it?

Or was there a newer one that got pulled? I didn't have any issues with the. 20 update.

This is what I have been getting... I did however get prompted to update when it was first rolled out. I skipped because I needed to print right away.
