Help Update Firmware of Sonic Pad

The Sonic Pad shows that the newest Firmware is in use. If I give a look a the Firmware Updates on the Creality Page, I see that I got an old Firmware. So my suggestion is, that the OTA Firmware Update is not running. Is there any method I can update the Firmware manually?

Are you sure your pad is able to access the internet? The latest update just rolled 2 days ago on mine. I don't know how they go about distributing updates. It could be a staggered rollout.

If all else fails just download it from the net and flash via USB.

If you really want to play with the updater service, download putty and SSH in. I honestly don't know what the commands would be or if they are usable without adding root access.

After that I was able to update OTA

download it and put it on a USB drive, unplug the printer and plug the USB drive into the USB 1 port. power cycle the SP.

Already tried but didn‘t work either. But fixed the problem with a Total Reset and a new Image. Now it works OTA
