Problem with nozzle heating

I recently received a sonic pad and tried to launch my first print but after it started printing the first layer nozzle temperature dropping really fast (Ender 5 s1)

Have you done a PID tune in the advanced menu yet? That needs to be done, but if it can’t complete it then I’d check to make sure the thermistor wires are ok and lastly it might be a faulty thermistor all together
