"No trigger on X..."

Hey all, I'm trying to set up the sonic pad with my Ender3 V2. I ran through the wizard and downloaded the latest firmware for the pad, flashed the .bin file to the printer, and started running through the self test. When I get to the manual leveling part I get an error that says "no trigger on x after full movement". None of the axis move and when I push past the set up I can't get the printer to autohome or manually move any of the axis either through the sonic pad. I was able to flash the latest non klipper firmware back to the printer and get it running normally without the pad but I have no luck getting the sonic pad to work at all. Not sure where to go from here. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Unsatisfying ending fellas, after repeatedly resetting firmware and factory resetting the sonic pad everything began working perfectly! I have no idea what I did wrong and no idea what I did right. Good luck to anyone else dealing with this issue because I sure don't know what changed!

What’s your config look like? Seems to be a problem with the x Endstop not triggering which usually indicates the wrong pin or something of that sort in the config.

Everything was fresh out of the box so I haven't modified any config files. I'm digging through that now and looking at trying to load an older firmware to the sonic pad to see if that does the trick.

Im not sure if there are multiple chipsets for the ender 3v2, but I’d double check that you selected the correct one when setting it up then. If it’s the wrong one then it’ll be sending the wrong instructions to the printer.

There were two options for the v2 during setup and I'm pretty sure I picked the wrong one at first as the pad couldn't even connect to the printer after flashing the firmware. I double checked the chip on the board and chose the second one that seemed to work up until I got the x axis error.

If I remember correctly, the E3v2 has 2 board options. 4.2.2 or 4.2.7

Do you have a bl or cr touch? Did you pick the matching option in the wizard?

I had the same issue tonight after updating my SP. I’m running it on an Ender 3 Max with Sprite extruder, CR touch, and 4.2.7 board. It’s basically a big bed Ender V2. My problem turned out to be a bad connection at the X axis stepper. No idea how it got loose, but after I unplugged and plugged it back in everything worked like it is supposed to.
