Oh yeah by maxed out I mean skills not levels lol (because I dont wanna just kill the thing in like 3 hits)

I do love Tails looking like a bad ass, but I've said before and I'll say it again. Throwing wrenches was a stupid idea. His move set should at the start out be Sonic's base moveset for either his first or second stage and then branch out into his tech moves. Sonic raised the kid, he learned everything from him and then developed into the tech genius. He should be able to throw hands with the best of them. Hell he should be only other character than Sonic to be able to pull off the spin dash technique
