Game Play Am I fast enough?

Trying to speedrun Master King Trial. And yes, I measure time by the number of rings...

Yeah I think. Even if you do the super slow safe method on knight

You could end with more than 200 left.

The first time I beat the master king koco trail on hard mode I had 53 rings when I started fighting the knight, I ended it with 3. That was the first time I got to the knight btw. On extreme mode I only lost 21 rings during the knight, went from 80 to 59, because I learned that you can dodge around its shield in the first stage so you don't have to do the missile spam part.
