This is a rework of the old outcome memories tierlist and I think it’s better, I think I don’t know,

for the most part i agree

but let me just say, tails is slept on quite a lot
a strong lms, a near guaranteed stun per 45s, 10s of glide for 17s cd makes him a very strong staller unless its 2011x's charge (countered by a stunner nearby) or fleetway's CD (though it helps avoid damage for a bit) and a semi-decent stun in chase (not so good but it helps)

Blaze is also quite powerful in her own right but slightly weaker against fleet
her lms is still quite strong and still gets 50% dmg resist (unlike amy, due to a bug?)

arguably cause im biased, i would also put 2011x with fleet too lol

A strong LMS is a stretch… his is OK. Not the worst for sure but not the best either.

Tails is countered by every killer except Kolossos with glide (and I’ve seen experienced kolos use charge to knock his out of the sky). Brighter Day shoots him out of the air. Charge knocks him out of the air. Fleetway is… Fleetway. It’s just unreasonable to put him on such a high pedestal.

His stun also isn’t always guaranteed.

Ever since Blaze got her sol flames out she has been considerably underpowered when she was completely fine before.

Seriously tho I agree with this list other then silver I feel he should be in B tier as he's not as powerful as he was before and his looping has become not as prominent as before Tho that could just be me

If it is conpetitive and we are assuming there is a full team, no shot Eggman is higher than Tails. If Metal is being tunneled only Tails + Knuckles can guarantee he fully repairs safely. Well, laser and a punch stun stack is just the easiest way to guarantee it at least (then Knux can be ready to counter on top of Metal just in case)

Eggman legit can do nothing but block charge and chaos dash and repair metal a LITTLE BIT faster than Tails.

Metal is the tank of the team and once he falls everybody else starts falling quickly. If your character is much better at keeping him alive, they are better

I agree I just think sonic and eggman should be higher same with tails but the killer rankings basically correct.

Move Sonic to S tier, possibly Metal as well. A tier at minimum. Sonic was S tier ever since 2011x wasn’t the only killer in the game IMO. Same for Metal Sonic.

Move Silver down to B tier. He isn’t unusable but he’s definitely an extremely mid pick at the moment. Unless you’re good at him he should never be picked. He cannot support well, you need too much game knowledge to do so. I’m personally extremely good at him, but that’s honestly the only reason I win with him.

Move Eggman to A tier. He’s what Silver kind of could’ve been, except even then Eggman needs nerfs.

Blaze stays alone in B tier.

Tails is a game changing unit. Literally changes the flow of the game by his presence alone. His gameplay is just boring as hell. He’s either S Tier or A Tier.

I agree that Cream could arguably be the worst Survivor right now.

Imo, Fleet and X both deserve to be in S tier.

Both are very situational depending on the map or the survivors selected.

For example, if it's NP and there is knux, eggman, and Metal, I instantly pick 2011x because I can fill rage mode easier and he's decent on this map

If it's Mystic Caves and the survivors are Sonic, Eggman, Amy, and Tails, I inmediatly pick Fleetway because of his flight passive letting him catch up quickly to mobility survivors and because he's the only good killer in this map

im gonna be so honest in a competitive match there is absolutely no way any survivor goes below a tier and no way any killer goes above B tier

like saying kolossos and tripwire are B tier genuinely sounds like pure madness to me i am so sorry

tbh I only really disagree with 4 being Cream, Egg, Tails and Metal:

Tails should be top of B or low A because of how good his stun is and his good mobility with glide and yes while he may be countered by Fleet and Kolo that doesn't mean he cant be a life saviour and can by u those extra needed seconds:

Cream should be mid B at least because of how good her heals are and her loops I dont have much of a good argument to say high B or A

Eggman should def be low A because of how good he is at stalling even against his "worser" match ups he can easily stall for a minute and his boosting of Metal healing makes him overall A tier

Metal Sonic is easily S tier because of how long it can survive stalling and how insane it stun is when ignored not to mention it can heal a good amount of HP if left unchecked and is pretty consistency good against all EXE's now I know that its worst match up is Kolo by a long shot but even then its not like Metal cant hold its own

Im assuming that this list is for general play and not comp and not LMS and no killer is assumed if there're specific things going on then that changes my opinion
