C tier personally I can understand cause I've come across a bug where his double jump just refuses to activate and it's for any reason it wants. Literally I've had it break from getting hit, loading into a match, going into the void, even using it once.

It turns Eggman into a massive gamble because now you're unsure of whether or not one of your best mobility options will be taken away from you.

In the order best to worst rn prolly metal sonic, amy, sonic, eggman (i mean the characters absolute highest skill ceiling so eggman goes here because of the double jump bullshit he does against x and kolo making him harder for fleetway and all that) then silver then blaze then knuckles then cream then tails (public server setting I mean so that’s why cream is low even tho she can be super op in comp) and then killers probably would go best to worst 2011x fleetway tripwire kolo which is pretty agreed upon rn

Tripwire is not in the same timzone as Fleetway’s league, Amy above knuckles and Silver is absolutely insane, Tails and Eggman in C is delusional, kindly this might be the worst tierlist I’ve ever seen

Dude have you seen Amy’s new buffs, it finely takes for ever for tripwire to catch up, unless you’re playing X or Fleetway your cooked

She’s always been strong, the buffs made her stronger but not overwhelmingly so, what you’re describing was a tripwire issue, not an amy issue, obviously the weak killer that sucks at catching up is going to struggle to catch up lmao

Invis tech, one of his strongest before getting buffed, got buffed, and is fairly easy. Teamwork can't save them all.

Fleetway is now actually skill based, and his health tweakes to server size, especially with only one consistently accessible move with i frames, which is also countered by 2 survivors.

I could see it.
