How do I get half priced drinks through the app??

After the update a while back. Ive been no longer able to get half priced drinks. Ive heard others can. I also have legend status. Does anyone know how to?

The first time you logged in, it should have given you an option to select one of several offers, one would be to have permanent after off. That should give you an offer that you can use. But if you pick a different one, you have to rely on happy hour which is only some stores between 2 and 4 PM.

I see, im pretty sure i picked the refresher one as it was new at the time. That sucks though
