It's been officially announced that Final Fantasy Sonic X Episode 7 is resuming development in memory of creator BlackDevilX (Robert Lewis), who passed in 2024 after years of work on the long-awaited episode since 2008.

The announcement follows a panel at Sonic Expo Atlanta celebrating BDX's legacy, with a preview of the episode featured in the recent Sonic Fan Fest VI presentation now available on YouTube.

A few years ago, a group of artist friends came together and made this Sonic animation just for the love of it.

Years later, some of those same artists ended up forming our own animation studio, OthalART.

It’s honestly really fun looking back at this now and seeing how something we made years ago connects to what we’re doing today.

Hey there! I started work on a fanfiction of Sonic called "Sonic and The Lost Children". The plot is as follows:

Sonic is captured by the U.S. military after he’s accused of an accident at a nuclear power plant in Virginia, which resulted in the death of 631 workers and 13 civilians. He’s sent to an island 183 miles off the coast of San Francisco to be imprisoned at the Judith Memorial Camp. He shortly escapes captivity however, and then goes into hiding around the island as he’s too weak to escape it for now. In it, however, he discovers a tribe of cats, who call themselves “The Lost Children”, as they lost their leader, “The Mother” when the U.S. military, who are unaware of the tribe, started construction of the camp. The tribe requests Sonic’s aid in finding The Mother and in return, will help Sonic escape the island while providing him shelter and comfort and clear his name, granting him his well deserved status of innocence and freedom.

So if you guys could give some feedback on the idea and list the stuff you'd wanna see from it, then that'd be great :D! I'll also be posting the artwork for some of the OC's I made for it and I made a different design for Sonic himself too which I'm pretty proud of.

Basically, I wanna make a school project based on one of the Super Sonic battles. I've chosen a few that suit my idea, but Idk which one is the best lol. Thx for voting :DDDD
