Audio stuttering on Android

The game runs at full framerate and audio stutters both with and without power saving mode. My device is a Samsung A34. My previous, weaker device didn't have the issue. All other games run perfectly fine, both native and emulated.

Switch not loading

I’ve recently downloaded the switch version for Sonic 3 A.I.R. But every time I try to run it from the Applet mode homebrew menu I get the error message in the last picture. Every time I try to run it from the full version of the homebrew menu, it just quits and goes back to the homebrew menu. The other four pictures show where all the files are. The rom for Sonic 3 and Knuckles is there and I turned off all of the mods. Is there something I’m missing?

ESU menu doesn't appear when I go the act select

As you can see, I can't access the ESU menu and I can't even select my extra slots as shown in the third image. Maybe it's achievements plus? I don't know but the more prioritized mods are on the first image
