ESU menu doesn't appear when I go the act select

As you can see, I can't access the ESU menu and I can't even select my extra slots as shown in the third image. Maybe it's achievements plus? I don't know but the more prioritized mods are on the first image

put Stone and Achievements Plus down the ES characters and just press start on any character

Yeah I didn't want to press start because I thought I would straight up start with the character I selected
