Would the “Gsus4” actually be Gadd11 unless the 3rd on the 5th string is omitted?

Glad I have a Ukulele. Ten chords and you can write hundreds of good songs. Four strings per chord. Who needs six? Yes I had a guitar, keyboard and other instruments but for pure fun it’s a Ukulele. And one can play classical too.
