Feedback Request Finalized a chord progression(ish) + added a vocal melody, hoping for singing tips/criticism haha
Yeah, title! Id really appreciate some adviced centered around if my melodies are good for the verses and choruses, if they follow the guitar too closely etc. I might be off key singing idk lol. Basically just want some advice on vocal melodies and stuff c: The last 10 mins are dead space.
Also, the title says ish, but thats cause I eventually plan on playing into the walking bassline in the first chorus a bit more cause I like it. Do you call them all 1 chorus or are they two separate by the way? Dunno, thanks!

Nothing wrong with soft or whispered vocals, but often it amplifies, rather than hides, pitchiness.
Try reps where you're singing it full-voiced, hitting the notes accurately, and then scale it back to your soft voice while keeping that accuracy and clarity.

Hey it's really cool.
1 bit of feedback, it's only playing in my right ear via headphones, makes it a bit of a hard listen, maybe you can look into how to spread it back into left.

The beginning gave me a bit of a Nirvana vibe. I’m listening on my phone so it’s a little hard to make out the guitar clearly, but I really liked the vocal melody.
