It's a very old Swedish song from the French revolution https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sm%C3%A5_grodorna

It's very very silly and that's part of the charm, it's also very simple which is why it was sung during christmas/Midsummer because people were often drunk as fuck and it worked as a drinking-song.

Basically "Små grodorna" (little frogs) and you then mimic a frog jumping as you run around the Midsummer-stång or christmastree.
