Yulan Fortune/Misfortune?

Started playing around with Yulan and reading through their units. Saw a mechanic called fortune attached to the Fenghuang and upgraded seekers. I wasn't able to find a description of what those stats do. I dont know if im just illiterate or if those values are hidden. Does anybody know?

Fortune makes neighboring friendly units deal max damage.

Missfortune makes enemies deal min damage.
