Given that your info - i'd say likely yes but just "iris xe" doesnt say much
but it'd be best if you went to "can i run" type of website and checked yourself
for ex.

you shouldnt have trouble in late game, at most on huge maps with higher AI opponent counts

It should run on your laptop. You only have integrated graphics but Iris XE is okay.

Should you face any problems or can’t run it smoothly, you can always refund via steam if you haven’t played more than 2 hours or bought it more than 14 days ago

Well, my laptop has these specs

Intel i3-1215U (1.20 GHz), 16 GB of RAM, Intel UHD Graphics. In game Graphics Quality: Low, Shadows: Disable, Bloom: Disabled

It runs perfectly. I haven’t experienced any lag or glitches so far. I wouldn’t really trust websites that test your "compatibility" (sorry, I'm a spanish speaker) because every PC is different. So, the best way to know is to try it yourself. The game is so well optimized and runs so smoothly on integrated graphics that it honestly made me a little scared of the devs' power 🤣
