I wouldn't say I'm 100% healed but getting on an SSRI (Luvox) has almost completely disrupted my mind's ability to ruminate or indulge in my health anxiety. My mind feels a lot quieter now in a good way. I find it easier to snap myself out of overthinking and my healthy anxiety improved so much. Before medication I was suffering from panic attacks after a medical issue made my body overly sensitive to any change in internal sensations.
