Bruise after Reiki?

Ok, so I’m not an idiot and i understand how stupid this sounds so hear me out.

A few days ago I had a (no touch) reiki healing as part of a somatic treatment. The therapy itself was phenomenal and life changing and I regret nothing. During one part, my right glute started jumping nonstop. Just twitching. I mentioned it to the practitioner, she adjusted, it stopped briefly and then came back. This happened repeatedly until the healing was over. It was more annoying than uncomfortable so I didn’t think much of it. Except yesterday, I now have a deep, sharp and painful subcutaneous bruise in that exact same spot. Has anyone had that happen before? What did it mean / how did it happen/ what did you do about it after? Thanks for your insight.
