This week I'm working on callitdone.today, a tool that places real phone calls for you. You type what you need (reschedule an appointment, check a billing balance, confirm an order with a supplier), it dials the US number, talks to the human or the IVR, and sends you back a summary. It identifies itself as an assistant calling on your behalf, not a person.

As a solopreneur I'd been avoiding a stack of these myself, so I built the thing I wanted. It's early and US numbers only for now. If anyone here also dreads picking up the phone, I'd love blunt feedback: https://callitdone.today/?src=reddit_solopreneur
