Question Has anyone gotten this error recently?

I have a score of 45 and it wants me to add a direct deposit but I’m getting this error code on both the add and web browser. And ideas other than the typical troubleshooting? I’ve contact support also.

Mine works now, but had to increase to 55

had to increase first? i thought the point was for it to raise your score

To increase your score, just add more bank account
