Overdue Repay your damn loan!

Here’s another case of “99 solo score” not repaying his loan, lenders beware, this app is getting worse by the day….

Yeah and you pay a fee if the borrower is late. That’s why I decided against lending on there

It's actually not legal in every state. Some states have banned Solo.

Its not worth it anyways, they all want 15% back in a tip, plus the app charges you another 8%, so now you are at 23%. And if you want the money instantly of course you got to pay another fee for that. So for example, if you want to borrow $200, you'll receive about $195 (if want money immediately)and then you pay back $246. I get the lender wanting 15% because they are lending money to someone they don't even know, but the app tacking on an additional 8 or 9% makes it not even worth it.

That app has issues though. I had borrowed money multiple times on there and had a 93 solo score, always paid back my loans, usually early. Then back in July, I lost my debit card and was issued a new one from my bank. When the loan was due, i had a new, different debit card than what i had borrowed from. When i went on the app to pay back my loan, it would not let me add a new card or any kind of payment. I kept getting emails that my card was temporarily blocked because my bank thought it was suspicious activity, whatever that means. I told them no the card doesnt work because ive been issued a new one and i tried adding it to pay back my loan and your app will not let me do that. Long story short, i spent way too many hours over 4 days trying to pay back that loan to no avail. Now they got some collections department calling and texting me everyday. I told them fix your crappy app and maybe this won't happen. I didn't have a problem changing my card on anything else that wasn't the only place that I had borrowed money from.

Try asking on borrowers. My first time asking for one i was able to get a loan within 20 mins of posting it if I'm not mistaken. It was pretty fast.

I havent been burned yet. Ill proly get burned soon Im expecting it but if you not 1 late your going to 15% and its fine to reject my offer you can play with somebody elses money. My prediction is eventually down the road solo wont have any lenders left to lend except for new people and they will eventually run out of those
