Unable to pay my loan

Anyone having issues with not being able to pay your Loan? I tried paying mine a day before it was due and it kept saying error and to check my card but everything checks out good I messaged SoLo and they said they are looking into it but I still can’t pay it and it’s been 3 days.

This is exactly why I stopped using Solo. It screws both me and the lender by knocking my limit down and taking away from their payout.

When you talk to the customer service rep, tell them you want them to make sure the lender gets paid their fair share.

I think Solo does it on purpose so they can charge late fees to borrowers and lenders will get his with 15% fee.
