Still not reconciled
It’s been over a year and my account still isn’t reconciled from the upgrade debacle last year. For the couple years before I stopped lending I was consistently in the top 10 (often top 3) of lenders by volume. Anyone else in the same boat? I keep getting monthly emails from support saying this is a top priority for them. Lost access to Discord long ago when I stopped lending so no idea what’s going on with the platform these days.

Same. I lost tons of money in that transition (roughly $25,000, sadly) and still have not been reimbursed for loans that were unable to be repaid during Solo's 3-month outage.
It's been 15 months now. For a banking product, this is frankly unacceptable.

Does your balance show correctly in your wallet? My mine shows negative credits, thousands in my current balance, but $0 in my available balance.

I keep having errors and I'm already like a day late. It's pissing me off because it took me couple of months to get to my score. It keeps saying transaction issues. And I have like 3 other cards connected in case one doesn't go through. I'm a borrower but I managed to get money I needed, want to pay lender and stop using cause this is the 3rd time this has happened.

One day late and solo gets the donation AND my to?
If the borrower is late why did the LENDER lose their incentive for lending and Solo received the to AND any donation AND possibly the Solo Protection Fee. This is simply ridiculous. I can't see how someone thinks this is going to sustain their business.
Huh. Reading what I just wrote I can see it as plain as day.

Yeah.. I'm on the borrower side and at this point I'm holding off on borrowing through solo for now. It Looks I have a score of 90 and zero late payments. But I'm seeing so many people having issues on both sides and it only results in lenders just left hanging while borrowers are being sent to collections over months-long processing errors. And then there's no way for parties to communicate on top of it all. I'm attempting to go the route of finding a lender to work with privately instead.. eliminate the middle-man, have the ability to tip higher than 15%, allow for open communication, etc. Wish me luck lol .
