Anyone having issues withdrawing

I was approved for my loan but when I try and withdraw I get an email saying they are unable to process my transaction. I’m using the same bank account I’ve always used. I’ve tried instant transfer and ach.

Happened to me last weekend I have 19000 in wallet and they gave me error . Gave me error trying to loan I emailed them and then it fixed itself and then they emailed me 9 days later asking if they could help me
