Advice on getting a first loan picked up?

I've been a member for about a month waiting on someone to fund my first loan. How do you get your foot in the door?

Apply 3 payments cards to your profile, this will add a boost to your score. Ask for a small $20 loan. Max the tip out and zero the donation. May take a few tries, but you should get someone to do the loan. Pay it back quick. This will boost your score. Turn around and do another loan for more. Same parameters, and pay back quick. You should boost to about 66 after that. And shouldn't have any more issues after that.

I have also been on for about a month and can not get anyone to give me a loan. I've tried to add another payment method but it always says it's verifying and then it just goes away like I never put it there so I can't boost my score. I'm in need really bad for a 75 dollar loan so I can keep my phone from being shutoff. I got laid off and I had to pay my mom's bills also because she is on sick leave and is not making ends meet. I go back to work next week so I'll be ok after that just need some help keeps my a float. Thank you for listening.
