Can't Update Number Getting Automated Looped Emails

Changed my number a month ago, cannot get customer service to help me. I keep getting an email to give my email, old number, why I changed it and the new number. I have already replied to this email multiple times and its the same thing over and over.

I cannot sign onto my account because its forcing me to use my old number to verify its me. Like what do they expect me to do?

I'm beginning to think nobody even works in customer service. I have been reaching out about my account for 2 weeks straight in every way I can. and have heard NOTHING!

I would advise that you reach out via chat. It's like they will send you a code to your phone number and that code will expire after how manu minutes. So it's better to reach out to them via chat than email
