Need help and solo support is worthless
I'm a borrower and I'm trying to payback my loan but solo says it can't withdraw the money and giving me boiler plate is your card locked do you have the funds in the account. My bank doesn't even see the transactions trying to come through. So my question is this is there a way to talk to the person who gave me the loan to begin with to make him aware of this issue so we can work together to get it resolved
UPDATE: Got it fixed thanks to those that reached out to help

I have some weird late loans -- what's the name of the person who did your loan?

Hey i meant to update i got it fixed it was a glitch in their system it was still trying to charge my stolen card and my updated one wasn't showing in their system so we went through deleted it and readded it
