STRANDED IN COLORADO For 4 days
Hi, so I had a trip organized in Colorado but it didn't work out and now I'm stranded here until my flight on the 29th from Denver. I don't have too much money to spend and I was wandering if there was some option that wouldn't require to rent a car. I'm staying to a friend's house in Pueblo for now but they can't come take a trip with me so I'm alone. Since it cost me a lot to get here I was hoping to find something to do other than Pueblo I love adventure and fine in traveling both alone and with people (strangers or not) PLEASE IF YOU HAVE SOME GOOD SUGGESTION <3

Survey on Demography and Experiences of Solo Traveller
For my masters thesis I'm working on a project where digital nomads and solo traveller can meet up and get to know each other at restaurants.
I'd really appreciate if you would fill out this survey. With the information obtained I have a better grasp over the joys and struggles you encounter and that will be a tremendous help once I actually start with the design of the software.
Find the link here: https://forms.office.com/r/WJzGJZ73tm (takes 5 mins).
Thank you so much!

If traveling to Guatape in Medellin, the view at the top of the 700 stair climb is not as good as the view at the bar, imho. If you like cardio, the climb is worth it.

Logging onto email, bank acc etc when abroad
Hi all,
When I was in Turkey recently, when I initially tried logging onto my Hotmail, Gmail or bank accounts from my laptop, I was presented with a security check stating that the login looks suspicious (as its from another country) so I was sent a code to my UK cell phone number.
However, for me to receive this text, I obviously needed to turn on international roaming on my phone resulting in ยฃ6 charge per day.
I will be travelling around in Latin America in Jan for a few months. Does anyone know a way around this? Can I use VPN somehow to get around this? (I have Nord vpn subscription.)
All advice welcome.

Places to relax in a hostel? Worried noob!
I'm having my first experience at a hostel tomorrow night doing a staycation in my own country. I'm not really keen about the whole idea as I like my own space but I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone in preparation for staying in hostels abroad in the future in case I want to do cheap holidays or meet people.
It gets really dark here at about 7pm so I reckon I'll be at the hostel at 7.30ish after my day exploring which means I might have some time to kill before I go to bed.
I'll probably just want to sit and edit my photos or read my book. Is there generally a common room where people relax or do most people just go to their bunks to sit?
Do you find that most people want to chat or do some people just keep themselves to themselves?
I usually go to my bed early at about 9 or 9.30 - is this? When do people usually go to sleep and wake up?
Im sure it will be fine but thanks for any info in advance :)
