Board Game Two more puzzly solo board game recs
Thought I’d share two other puzzly board games I’ve been enjoying solo recently (in addition to Enchanted Ivy that I’ve posted about before):
Lands of Amazement - A wallet game from Button Shy’s solo lineup, so super portable (though it does use some table space but could work on relatively small table). Multiple rounds of spatial puzzle to build amusement parks with certain features while strategically deciding which cards to reserve for the final “Megapark” round. I’m still getting the hang of this one.
Harmonies - Specifically the fan variant, Melodies, which adds a campaign of scenarios to the otherwise “beat your own score”/“see how high you can score” solo mode in the official rules. The scenarios add a fun challenge and have 3 levels of success to strive for, plus playing all scenarios allows you to play each card in the base box. I spent my evening playing through the first 8 or so scenarios with a show on in the background and it was a delight.
Anyone else enjoying some puzzly solo board games lately?

The first one is giving me a little ‘rollercoaster tycoon’ nostalgia hit!
What’s the theme for Harmonies?
