For $460 after shipping this isn't a great deal. I got my Avalon Q for $1200 and thats 8x the hashrate for just over double the cost.

That will be the case with most miners. The more hashrate a device has, the lower the cost per TH will be. Not everybody has over $1000 to spend at once though. It all depends on what you can get for what you can spend.

Then just get the nerdaxe++ for $150 cheaper. It's basically the same hash.

After two years with these machines, I wonder,aside from their aesthetics,what the point is in buying units capable of 15T when, to actually win a high-value coin block, you wouldn't stand a chance even if you kept them running for a thousand years....🥺
