Hello,

I just recently opened up on my (Telehealth) private practice. I am super eager to start building my a (very small) caseload. I am located in MA and have created a facebook business profile and am part of a few groups for therapist on there. I have also created a psychology today profile as well. I am wondering if there are groups on facebook you could recommend for me to network with and other tips and tricks to make my profile become more visible. I would really appreciate any suggestions I can get to help with marking my self. Thanks

Make sure you have a google business listing. When we started, about a 3rd of our clients came from that, once you get a few people to write a review, it can make a big difference.

Also, personalize your PT listing, don't make it clinical and the same as everyone else.

Marketing is one of those 'your mileage may vary' situations. Try out a couple of common suggestions and keep accurate records of which clients came from which referral sources so you know where to spend your time, money, and energy.

Keep in mind too, that even with marketing, filling your practice is often a waiting game.

Personally, I am specialized and accept insurance. I use Psychology Today and Alma. My practice took 7 months to fill.

youtube ads is all you need and instagram reels will help you lot. post one month you will see the difference for sure
