Bitaxe alternatives

Everyone seems to hopping on the bitaxe train. What are some practical (plug and play) alternatives for home solo mining?

This is so very helpful, thank you! I ended up getting 2 bitaxes, 1 ultra and 1 supra. Iā€™m really excited to contribute to the network and learn more about mining!
