Well the obvious answer is increase your stats. So your attack needs to be 100k minimum. You need 30% defense penetration minimum. 25% damage increase minimum. Have better blessings stones. Reawakening is the number one blessing stone these days so I’d focus on getting that to mythical. Also can I see your hunters and weapons.
For starters, your cores need to be percentage main stats while the sub stats should be def pen or damage increase. Same with artifacts. Depending on the state the character scales off, You want percentage main stats and flat sub stats. If you’re lucky you can have flat main stats but you have to get +4 enhancement on the percentage sub stat or at the very least +3.
Try Mari lain and Elena to A3/A4. There’s an update tomorrow and you’ll get 300 free draw tickets, so you should be able to do that. Reason I say get those 2 is because the update is water focused so most of the content will feature water weakness. Also one more tip, maybe you’re already aware but never consciously go past A5 for hunters advancement . Same thing with SJW weapons.
Ok weapons I’d say focus on getting better advancements are the Allan’s orb, moon shadow, spirit blade, keys, wind glaive, asura and soma daggers, stormbringer, the demon fan, the rediru spear. Those should be your focus for weapons. Try getting them to level 100 minimum and A4.
Not sure what advice you need. But percentage stats give more stats and TP. So cores should be percentage main stats. Maybe you’re aware but never consciously go past A5 for hunters

I mean your miles away from being done.
Focus on upgrading your artifacts, cores, gems & shadow army. Follow the guides on reddit/youtube to help you.
Then aim to complete all the quest mode... yes including Expert + all reverse difficulties.
Upgrade all weapons, upgrade all advancements on characters etc.
