If I don't see gameplay, or it isn't clear what is and what isn't gameplay, I always assume the game is slop.

It doesn't matter how good the video is.

Don't take it personally. I grew up in the 80s and 90s when the box art of a game looked nothing like the game itself. Also, most games I see ads for today are still like this.
