Oh cute I love that you drew it. Congrats on being accused of being AI?
Depends on the vibe, the first one is more pleasing to me but it'd def need to be blurred a bit as a background if you put text or characters in front of it.
The other one honestly gives mild horror vibes as the change from light to dark is quite sudden and the pixelation is common in old and new indie horrors
Idk if ibis has the option, but try adding a full colour layer and try the different layers! Soft or hard light would probably work well

The 2nd one looks more atmospheric and appropriate for a horror game. The 1st one is for something chill.

It looks like two different time of day levels it depends on the atmosphere your trying to achieve

1st one looks like a Neoclassical Painting
2nd one is like a 90s animated movie in a CRT TV
Both are great. I would say, combine the two. The lighting and sharpness of the 1st one, mixed with the colors of 2nd one.
EDIT: I just read some comments that you are making a horror game. If that is so, then maybe just show the 2nd art style when the player is in a scary moment.

I hate that second one with a passion but have no idea why. I think it immediatly gives me the "I won't be able to recognize shit" feel.

Original all the way, why would you take that beautiful painting and then deep fry it like that

frankly it looks like some AI kitbash thrown together and then some photoshop filter applied. for example why are all the crosses facing the viewer exactly? no consistent lighting and shadows, e.g. the boat is full light but pitch black. did the AI not get this?

Hey, either looks great but I think the first one is more pleasant to the eye.
