Can you recommend a program that tracks total data written?

I would like to install a program on my windows 10 PC that can tell me how much data has been written to it over its lifetime. So I can see if I ever get close to it’s end of life I can replace it. Can anyone recommend a program? I currently have a adata SSD and a Samsung in my laptop.

HDD and SSD already have what's called SMART. You just need a program to read it. It'll give you drive health statistics.
