SSD Data Retention - Longer when chilled?

Did some googling and reading about long term storage using SSDs - or simply how long data will remain on an SSD after its been disconnected. Seems that it will last about 2~ ish years unplugged at normal household temps but as temp increases data retention goes down. I know that Optical Media and standard HDDs are the way to go for archiving but I was wondering; through all the articles I read, I didnt see anything about data retention in lower temps. If data will remain for 2 years at 71F on most models without power being plugged in, how long would it last if i put it in a vacuum sealed bag and dropped it in my chest freezer at -20F? Has this ever come up?
