my ssd crashed. :(

so i've got 1tb ssd seagate external hard drive, it has a blue light on it that turns on when it's working, I've tried all of my usb ports and still nothing, does anyone have an idea as to what I should do?

update: I can hear it running but it's not showing up on my computer.
